Great effort! Thanks for sharing with us all. 
Once the project page has the details, I would like to register as a volunteer.
Some thoughts:
  1. It may be helpful to have a list of articles to begin with aligned with the theme.
  2. Do we have a submission tool that can be used to submit articles? WAM uses one so it would be good to check if that can be leveraged. 
  3. While the event has a theme, the WIR page has a huge list of South Asian women. Can that be used too to create articles?
I am sure all has been thought through so excuse my ignorance.
