For eg. Virtual Outreach via Google Hangout is Nitikas initiative.
Not nit-picking - but want to make a distinction.
It is not "Nitika's initiative." If it is regarded as Nitika's initiative, it will fail! It will only succeed if there are folks in the community who agree to get involved with it, try it out, draw learnings from it, improve it, share it with other community members - who can then choose to adopt / adapt it. It is an idea that she proposed - and she is having a bunch of discussions with a bunch of community members about how to actually realise it.
