I've seen the response of developer team and that's fair enough (to show the areas as disputed).

We are in the middle of working through a task to clearly mark all areas where borders are in dispute between countries: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T113008

I am not familiar with the areas you mention specifically, but suspect they are well known to pnroman, who is handling this issue. In any case, I added your note to the task, so that you can be sure hie is aware.

To match the Govt reference map of correct boundaries, one would need to hide disputed borders, and show extra claimed areas as a part of India. This is not easy to do on the tiles and the problem has been explained in detail on the task: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T113008#4177170

Arun, I think the output of your your effort meets the requirement. What matters is that the Indic language wikis satisfy government regulations. The details of who claims what can be provided in an article.  How to deploy this solution of yours or how to generate a vector file stored locally in the Wikipedia rather than in Commons, i.e. what form will be the final solution ia an issue that needs to be given thought by people who know more than me.

To have this customization built into the mapframe map would need the help of the WMF engineers on the best way to implement. Have shared my demo on phabricator, so will just have to wait.
