In Delhi we have been working on a collaboration with the National Crafts Museum and the director has been helpful enough to accept our draft and forward it to the Ministry of Culture. This is a copy of the final proposal we sent her and may be used if you want to make your own proposals for the future. 

This may specially help Pranav and others trying to write one for MSA.
