Notice is hereby given that the Sixth Annual General Body meeting of the members of Wikimedia Chapter, Bangalore,  will be held on 23rd April  2017 at the Chapter’s new office located at Work Adda, No.98/1, MMR Plaza, 1st Floor, Above DCB Bank, Sarjapur Main Road, Jakkasandra, Koramangala 1st Block, Bangalore - 560034 at 2:00 PM on 23rd April  2017, to transact the following business:

Agenda:

• Welcome

• Reading of notice convening the meeting

• Approval of the minutes of  previous AGM held on 29th January 2017

• Consideration and approval of the report of the activities of Wikimedia Chapter, Bangalore  for 2015-16 (to be sent later)

• Consideration and approval of the audited accounts and the report of the auditors thereon for the year ended 31st March 2016. (to be sent later)

• Consideration and approval of the results of Wikimedia Chapter Executive Committee Elections for 2016-2017

• Draft budget for the year 2016-17 (to be sent later)

• Appointment of Auditors for 2016-17

• Extension of Membership validity from 1 year to 5 years

• Any other subject with the permission of the Chair
