The Wikimedia India mailing list is totally different from the WMIN Members list.
If you have any issues with the Members list please contact the Chapter directly. Please stop spamming the public list as well as BCC ing every one of us.
Your actions construe spamming and harassment.

We have noticed that our emails are being deliberately and malafidely
filtered from the mailing WMIN list. We have also stopped receiving
emails from the list.
It is truly shocking to be told by the WMIN EC members that they will
not represent our
concerns to the WMF and global communities.
If that be so what use are such bootlickers EC members to the community ?
NB: If this situation persists, the membership of WIKIMEDIA XYZ
Editors Forum (India) Chapter shall erect their own mailing lists in
behalf of Wikipedia's Indian editors community.
