Hi,
I've been working on this article for the past two days when Pradeep and I came across this problem.
We need references for the location of this dam.
Most [Haven't read all] articles say that this dam is located on the Periyar River. There is ONLY one source that states that this dam is located on the confluence of the Mullayar and Periyar.
This source is published by the  ENVIS Kerala: Environmental Information System Centre (ENVIS), Kerala. Pradeep and I had a small discussion over phone and Twitter and came to a conclusion that this may NOT be suitable as it is an article from Kerala. Right now we need a neutral source, preferably from the Central Government.
If anybody finds such a source, PLEASE do add it. Note, that there is a standard format for adding citations, sadly that isn't being followed. Do note, please do not add links to blogs and forums.

Alternatively, if someone can go to the dam with a camera capable of recording audio and video, talk with an official of the EB/ID of whoever [TN or KL] pointing out to the details and try and make an Oral Citation of the matter, we'd all be happy.

hi,

Happy to note that the article is already getting significant attention. Requisite notices have been put up under all sections.
