This is where you can find the scripts currently supported in the "special
characters" part of the beta part of this wiki. You may have to create
yourself a profile and enable the advanced toolbox in the user preferences.
NB also vector is the skin of choice..
Good one. This would help to get special characters (or difficult-to-type
chars) inserted very easily.
For Telugu (te), you can find the characters here:

Or, you can find the exact piece of code (see the attached file) that can be
inserted in the EditToolbar.js file.
I've included all characters. Probably, we can limit only to difficult ones.
