As you said it is java related problem but just not restricted to font related since I created that empty file again had enabled java again (for official purpose to access google map properly) and again could not access mr-wiki. But disabling java has not just stopped features for me on mr wiki , almost instantaneously I had to use some features on google map for official purpose and I could not do the same before enabling java again. Or I do not have access to view it. Even if you removed/disabled this file, there are other javascripts that get loaded when you visit a page on wikipedia, so doubt that will solve the problem anyways. I use Windows 7 on one of my machines and w:mr loads fine there, so OS is most likely not the issue. Also, since you can actually get to the site, firewall is not a cause either. I would strongly advise leaving the firewall settings to "on". I'll send you another email if I think of something else that may cause the problem. Why these two sites only not giving me access only similarity which is striking in my head both these sites we are using Java script for using Marathi , May be since my Firewall's updated definitions are clashing with this java script , my tech knowledge is zero but just I am trying to think the worst. Now so is it possible for either of you to disable marathi language

I just went to wb:mr and it came up fine too. I did see a brief outage on w:en earlier, lasting no more than 30 seconds. You may want to clear your browser cache. If that fails, ask your site admin if those websites are blocked/firewalled for some reason.
