Anyone who has contributed to any of the Wikimedia project is a Wikipedian, so Noopur is. I have no idea how she got featured. But, I found two more faces of Wikipedians who have contributed to the Indic Wikipedias and thought of sharing.

From what I see she has managed to manipulate and pull strings within wikimedia to get herself featured everywhere from here to https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Thank_You/Noopur_Raval

there are so many more deserving people from India why not them?
