I do support (neutral) moderation and sometimes it is necessary to moderate bad faith mails/trolls etc.

Along with moderation, it would be nice to maintain log somewhere (abt discarded/rejected e-mails)

For those who are curious about moderation process : Before rejecting any E-Mail (most of the time), admins reply to individual with justification. Delay might be due to busy schedule, additional administrators may solve this issue.

Certainly we always would like to assume good faith with all those good samaritans. But what if most of them are busy and only a few are in charge?

:(

Can we then get a report or log of activities?

Viswam,

Let us assume good faith as at least few of them were really busy in personal life which I can vouch for.

What we need is an updated moderation policy and new volunteers for moderation.

We can also keep rotating this responsibility from time to time.
