• APG Grant

• After initial talks with WMF, the Simple APG grant submission has been postponed until 1 January 2017.

• EE, RO, and SE will continue working to re-work the budget and schedule. They will report their progress at the next meeting.

Edit-a-thon/Workshops

• NUI Galway

• SF held a Wikipedia Familiarization workshop at NUI Galway.

• 8 participants registered accounts and uploaded images of the campus to Wikimedia Commons.

• SF will follow up with the participants over the coming weeks.

WLM

• The writing workshop was held at Science galley. SE and EE assisted a new editor having issues with notability. SE and RO will continue to assist the editor.

• The awards celebration will be held during the week of 16 November or the week of 23 November. RO is working on a venue.

• Writing contest-total of 3 entrants with 13 articles. RO will create a rubric and recruit judges.
