В этой ситуации, на мой взгляд, было бы лучше зарегистрировать хотя бы учреждение. Это будет не очень хорошо с формальной точки зрения - частная организация, принадлежащая одному человеку. Но в конце концов это гораздо лучше чем отсутствие организации. Если фонд будет недоволен этим конкретным человеком - он всегда сможет лишить его права пользования товарным знаком - не говоря уже про финансовую поддержку.

Then perhaps establishing a legal entity is not the best next step, at the moment? How about pretending WMBY already exists, and moving right on to actual program work, i.e. mission-supporting activities? The WMF can help with funds and ad-hoc permission to use the trademarks, as well as advice and networking.
