I have an unexpected question: could anyone hint me what's up with the agreements between WMF and individual Chapters?

Wikipedia RU works now for more than a year without the Chapter Agreement between WMF and WM RU other than decision of considering WM RU as a Chapter.

I asked different people several times, and got answers "the agreement is not ready yet, please wait". The same story we have with the Trademark Agreement (if we consider it as a separate agreement).

It's not that we really suffer of this, but I no doubt would like to have something at hands if possible.

Does anyone have any information on the topic? Thank you very much!
