My first response is unrepeatable
I have had a number of my photographs from Commons used commercially that
where taken with in and of Commonwealth reserves.
I was never made aware of any restrictions when accessing these places.
I think if we need to put such a disclaimer on all potential images then we
should just be deleting because most people will be in the same position and
because the image cant released under a free license we should be protecting
The other thing I think we should be opposing geocoding on Australian images
at least that will make it harder someone prove where a photo was taken an
whether its was taken with the confines of the park.
Personally I think stuff em if I'm on a public road freedom of panorama
applies I'd fight it in court.

I am considering adding a new template on pictures taken in
Commonwealth reserves, in order to warn people about the restrictions
on photographs in these areas.
If you have time, please read the proposal and comment at :
I also need help to make a list of the concerned areas.
