Hello,
I am considering adding a new template on pictures taken in
Commonwealth reserves, in order to warn people about the restrictions
on photographs in these areas.
If you have time, please read the proposal and comment at :
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/CT:L#Category:Kakadu_National_Park_and_ot…
Are we sure that this law is update to date on austii ? I see a long
list of Amendments at the bottom of:
http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/cth/consol_reg/epabcr2000697.txt/cgi-bin…
Most importantly, 12.24 was amended in 2001
Maybe there are more amendments?

Is there any warning of this before you enter the
Reserves, because
afaik they have to display any conditions of entry and use before you
enter the park and not after, or have a place fpr the person to look.
Yes, a notice is required, and it only applies to specified parts of
the reserves.

So I dont think we need a tag on these images; at best we need to
formulate an informative overview of this issue, notify all uploaders
of images in this category, so that they can request deletion if they
believe their image might not have been permitted.
