Not sure what you mean by this. If you are suggesting a page
explaining the distinction, that is probably a good idea, maybe with
some other terminology. Perhaps a glossary.
Yes. You've already got a terminology page listed with the free vs open,
free as in freedom, so I thought you should add in a free (as in no cost) v.
free (as in freedom) distinction to that page too.
As for the title - I have always been fond of the "CCW: Community-curated
works" but I suppose that is not about free-culture per se... In any case I
would tend towards not inventing a new, unrecognised, concept for the title.
Rather I would say that we stick with the commonly known phrase so that
people who don't know terribly much about this topic (i.e. "The target
market") will know that they've picked up the right book when they see it
rather than wonder if it is indeed what they think it is.
