I am wanting to show a prominent photographer whose work we host on Commons
and use widely across Wikipedia projects information on the camera
equipment grants, but it would appear that wikimedia.org.au is down, and
has been for at least the last 12 hours.
I don't want to show them the information that we need so that I can help
them apply for the grant via Google cache; that would be embarrassing.
Can we get an update on when the site will be available again please.
Thanks.
Russavia
P.S. It would appear I am on moderation on this list, it's about time that
this moderation is removed so that I can freely engage in discussion and
not have to rely on David Gerard approving messages, thereby delaying
things that will become timely in the near future if things I am working on
come to fruition.
Hi all,
If there is anyone who thinks they would be eligible for (and benefit from)
access to the research accounts as mentioned below, please get in touch
with User:Ocaasi as suggested in the email. Note that although there
aren't any accounts for Australian specific services available, a reminder
that one of the better local resources - NLA's Trove (
http://trove.nla.gov.au/) - is free!
Regards,
Charles
