The Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center, a cross institutional Smithsonian project is hosting Edit-a-thons at the
Smithsonian American Art Museum and
Coalition for Queens in
Long Island City on May, 10. They have initiated and planned this on
their own and looped Richard and me into the conversation last week. In New York, the event will be at Coalition for Queens 10am- 5pm.

I am not sure if I will go as the CJH Edit-a-Thon is this weekend- but I invite NY and NE area Wikimedians to come help out. I am not sure if their group already has experienced Wikimedians or no so I'm sure they would appreciate the help.
