Hi everybody,
I’ve written up a draft annual report [1] for our group (from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025). This year, we have a new annual report format [2] and, er, it’s pretty long. Some of our answers are going to be better next year once we have a new governance model up and running, but I’d love everybody’s feedback on the answers I’ve put into the draft, what you think about it, and whether you have suggestions for better answers. As always, please feel free to edit the document directly — I’ll keep working on it as well. We can discuss it at this Tuesday’s meeting.

This looks great to me, Gaurav! Thank you for taking the lead on it. The only thing I can think of to add is estimated numbers for our in-person events. I'd like someone to check me on this, but I'd say at the first Boxyard event we had 20-25 people, and at the second one 15-20.

That sounds right to me! I’ve added those to the report [1], as well as some minor cleanups and fixups. We can go through this in more detail at our meeting today at 7pm ET on Zoom [2].
