The 2025 Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees elections [1] will end in two days (Oct 22, 2025 at 23:59 UTC = 8pm ET = 6pm MT). If you are eligible to vote [2], you should have received an e-mail already asking you to vote [3] — if not, it’s unfortunately too late to be added to the voting rolls now. Of the six candidates selected after the shortlisting process a few months ago, two candidates have been removed from consideration by the Board (with some controversy [4][5]), and so four candidates [6] remain for your vote, of whom two will be selected to the Board. Votes use the Single Transferrable Vote system, where you rank every candidate that you would like to serve on the Board in order of preference. All the best with voting!
