Wikidata has lots of information [1] on organizing Wikidata’s 14th birthday party on October 29, 2026, including funding opportunities: Wikimedia Deutschland micro grants (deadline June 30, needs to go through a registered US organization like Wikimedia NYC or Wikimedia DC) or WMF Rapid Funds (deadline September 1, can be received by an individual).

👉 Prepare a birthday message https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Event:Wikidata_Fourteenth_Birthday/Presents_%26_messages_call#Birthday_Messages_from_Wikidata_community or "present https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Event:Wikidata_Fourteenth_Birthday/Presents_%26_messages_call#Birthday_presents" (tool, video, documentation, etc) and add it to the list.

👉 Mark the date for the online celebration call https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Event:Wikidata_Fourteenth_Birthday/Presents_%26_messages_call#Date_and_time (29 October at 17:00 UTC) and add it to your calendar.
