Yay! I've asked the University of Colorado Boulder Libraries to see if
they can host us; I'll wait until the end of the week to see what they
say, otherwise I'll book us the Boulder Library meeting room. I'm
aiming for close to Friday, January 15, which probably means that
Friday if it's at CU Boulder, and that Saturday if it's at the Boulder
Library, but the exact date will depend on when those rooms are
available.

Would that work for everybody? Please let me know if that's a problem
for anyone, or if you have better ideas!
