Heya,
I think a great way to bring more CU students to Wikipedia would be to help CU student
groups to connect their interests with Wikipedia. For instance:
- The Boulder Photography Club (
https://www.facebook.com/boulderphotoclub) might be
interested in finding out about open access and why sharing images with Wikipedia is a
good thing.
- CU Wild (
http://www.colorado.edu/studentgroups/cuwild/index.html) and the EBIO Club
(
http://www.colorado.edu/ebio/bioclub/Biology_Club/Welcome.html) might be interested in
improving articles about Colorado's flora, fauna and wild spaces, as well as possibly
having photos to contribute.
I'm not sure which other groups might be worth approaching, but I thought I'd put
this idea out there!
