As far as bringing back stuff, we have a Movement Strategy to endorse (or not) that was developed in the months following the conference. Now that we have some activity on the list, I'll send out the details. I'll wait until we sort out the participation list for this year.

Are we allowed to send extra people, outside the sponsored delegates? I
was under the impression it was as much about numbers in general as costs.
