Thank you to all the chapters that voted after my reminder. We're now
up to 10 supporting chapters (and none opposing). We need 4 more for a
majority. The chapters that have yet to vote are:

Wikimedia Österreich
Wikimedia CH
Wikimedia Danmark
Wikimedia Suomi
Wikimédia France
Wikimedia Indonesia
Wikimedia Israel
Wikimedia Macedonia
Wikimedia Norge
Wikimedia Portugal

Wikimedia Sverige

Wikimedia Ukraine
Wikimedia NYC-US
I know some of those have already explained their delays, but most
haven't. Please vote ASAP. We are already running late - the public
call for candidates was meant to go out on 7th March. We can't delay
the whole process (it needs to line up with the chapters meeting and
the deadline for making the selection was set by the WMF board and
they are likely to be very unhappy if we are late yet again), which
means we'll have to shorten some parts. The more we have to shorten
them, the less likely we are to be able to make good choices. So, I
say again: please vote as soon as possible. We need four more chapters
to state their support and then we can ask the WMF board to approve
the process (which I'm hoping they will do quickly).
