Dear Emna,
I wish to acknowledge receipt of your email of February 10, 2020, requesting about the partnership between Cathagina and Wikimedia Tunisia User Group.
On behalf of my team, I would like to thank you for all your wonderful contributions during the past years. It was really helpful to have your input.
Now, we have all the Carthagina members learned how to contribute on the Wikimedia projects, we have the successful MedinaPedia project, we have you as the Wikimedian of the year. All of this could not have been possible without the cooperation and all out support of our valuable partnership.
As you may know, our group is moving in another direction at the moment and, therefore, we are looking for strategic partnerships that improve our user group for the long term. Our priorities now, to work on new projects and to make our community bigger by recruiting new volunteers.
Would you be able to meet on Sunday at 8pm(on Hangouts), to discuss what do we hope to gain through this partnership?
I look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to suggest another time if the above does not work for you.
Best regards, Afek
Dear Tunisian Wikimedians,I'm writing this on my capacity as President of Carthagina organization. On behalf of Carthagina members, advisors, and trustees, we'd like to congratulate you on completing your elections and finally having a Board. May this be a good decision to move forward with the User Group work and activities.By the same occasion, we are wondering about our two entities' partnership. Based on our history of existence, we collaborated on several contests since 2013 (before the UG recognition) and the project that we carry since 2015 with the great help of distinguished members such as Turki and Moumou. This has been said, we hope to clarify the work dynamic between us and any future collaboration. We extend a courtesy meeting invitation to discuss the development of this partnership with your new leadership.Best regards,Emna MizouniCarthagina Founder - President
