Thank a lot for your email. As per my email regarding the WM Conf, we will check who is interesting to represent the group and then send an official email to inform the organisers about our representatives.
Regarding the activities for this year, I totally agree that we need to discuss this but probably this can be done at the same time with the next WikiIndaba meeting.
We just received the confirmation for the WikiIndaba grant and a meeting will be scheduled by Zeineb very soon to discuss the next steps, it will be an opportunity to go through our activities for this year.

I would like to recall you for the event of Wikimedia conference which will take place in Berlin from 20 to 22 April, 2018 , the registration deadline is on 15.1.2018.May be we can know who will go to this important event and because it's an interesting opportunity.
Also , I suggest to plan a Hangout meeting to discuss our activities for this year.
