I thank you for your answers. Absolutely, I have done all the required adjustments. But, I could not merge Part 3 and Part 4. The Call for submissions is now ready in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiIndaba_conference_2018/Submissions. The submission template
is also ready in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:WikiIndaba_conference_2018/Submission_template. Please review both pages and adjust them if there is several deficiencies. If the call for submissions is excellent, there are two options. We can open
it now and then invite people to apply for the WikiIndaba Scholarships. We can wait for the Scholarships form to be created and then open the call for submissions and the Scholarships form in the same time.
