I'm writing this on my capacity as President of Carthagina organization. 

On behalf of Carthagina members, advisors, and trustees, we'd like to congratulate you on completing your elections and finally having a Board. May this be a good decision to move forward with the User Group work and activities.

By the same occasion, we are wondering about our two entities' partnership. Based on our history of existence, we collaborated on several contests since 2013 (before the UG recognition) and the project that we carry since 2015 with the great help of distinguished members such as Turki and Moumou. This has been said, we hope to clarify the work dynamic between us and any future collaboration.
