IMHO, no need to have another vote. As Youssef expressed his desire to attend by submitting his candidacy, he is the suitable to represent the WMTNUG.

Thanks Houssem for informing us.

Besides te option to proceed to another vote, I think we may need to consider the option to check the previous candidates for this scholarship.

As you know, we had 3 candidates for this scholarship: Houssem, Hamed and Youssef Bel Hadj Yahia.

As Houssem is not going and Hamed has already a scholarship I'm wondering whether we may consider giving the scholarship to Youssef.

I'm okay with both options but would like to have the feedback of other members on this.
