I thank you for your answer. I transfered your request concerning the possibility of applying for the scholarship without having the passport. They will get back to you very soon. When waiting for the answer from the Scholarship committee, you can submit your proposal to WikiIndaba in https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiIndaba_conference_2018/Submissions. Effectively, you do not require to have a passport to do this.

Hi !

I hope this email finds you well.

I have a question that, when i was about to apply for participation and scholarship for WikiIndaba2018, some parts required my passport details and my passport is on process hoping to get it soon, but may happen that i get after 15th January 2018 which is the last day for scholarship application.

What can i do ? Can i still apply ?
