Hi WikiIndaba 2018 team,

Thank you for all your work on the grant request and in planning this conference so far. We've reviewed the final proposal at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Conference/WM_TN/Wikiindaba2018  and will support the grant in the amount of 150,227 TND.

Ms. Janice Tud will be in touch with more information and next steps regarding the grant agreement. 

Please note, is important that we get the grant agreement signed by C-Libre as soon as possible so that we can get funds to you in time to begin booking travel. 

In the next week, please let me know when you will be ready for me to review the participants chosen by your scholarship committee. After that, we should set up a schedule of regular check-ins to discuss the program and any other questions that come up. 

I will tell WMF staff and board members who want to attend the conference to fill out the scholarship request form so that we can assess the requests and choose the best participants to fill the 7 spaces available. Please let me know if you think this is problematic. 

Once again, thank you for all of your hard work. I was impressed by the way your team worked together to get the conference grant request and planning back on track after Mounir left the group.
