Project management fees  :include coordination of the project with members, travel agency and hotel and the reporting of the event this tasks was done by me  and C-libre,  
Communications fees: Materials used during the event Papers, pens and binders, it has no relation with wiki loves africa
Pad:the best idea is to fill the pad  again by all members

I have some questions regarding the finance part : 

Can you please explain the project management fees ? What for ? 
For the communications fees do they include the material produced for the WLA ceremony ? Or something else ? 

I think the pad issue has to be resolved. Can we say that you Mounir, Hamed, Habib and Yamen would update the pad with what you still remember ? Or may be you launch a new pad and send us the link so we add our ideas to it ?
