I thank you for your answer. Our paper entitled "Using Wikidata to create a multilingual multidialectal dictionary for Arabic dialects" has been accepted for AICCSA 2017 ANLP Workshop. This conference will be held in Hammamet next October and will be attended by computer scientists from all over the world. The paper will be excellent to show to these scientists how Wikidata can be useful for the Natural Language Processing of the Arabic dialects. However, the paper should be adjusted first before the publication. Also, I have to find funding to attend the conference. You can find the paper attached with this email.
