We've been invited by *Farida El Gueretly* and *Jacqueline Chen* to
discuss the history and growth patterns of our affiliate program. This is a
great opportunity to share our insights and learn from their perspective.
*What would we be talking about during this meeting?*
- Which major natural growth points can you clearly identify in your
affiliate's history? Is it possible to pinpoint them, or they were rather
organic?
- What necessitated, and what contributed to the success of your growth
steps?
- What steps/growth moves proved to be too early for where you were at
that stage? Did you experience any issues where you needed to take steps
backwards?
- What sacrifices did you have to make for growth, if any?
- What key support did you miss at certain stages that you wished you
were better prepared for, or would have had at your disposal, if any?
