Okay,

Even if we take years to start a Wikimedia Chapter in Singapore, but I myself is glad that everyone has responded well to this issue. Lets just work harder to teach other people about Wikipedia. Cheers!

I have interacted with people from other countries, with the weather similar to the US. With people saying: "15 degrees is perfect" and "Singapore is way tooo hot for me".

Maybe Terrance, you can create one? Besides, shouldn't we create a website so that we can be more informed with what is happening to Wikimedia in Singapore?
