I was glad to see some letters of support, for sure. I had pounded out some messages to the Editor, and to Mary. Mary wrote me back saying they would look into my misquote etc, but nothing apparently came of it.
I pushed them to consider the value in doing story angles that would be more broadly interesting - crazy stuff like success stories, new initiatives, positive aspects of the projects.
With some SF events coming up in the future we're certain to get some re-visitation in the local press.
