I think it's the board meeting February 6, right Cary?
So that would be bad, in that the meetup wouldn't be able to use the big room, but
good, in that the meetup people and the board might get to spend a little time together.
On the general issue, I'm pretty sure we could accommodate the meetup any time -- I
can't think of any dates that would be completely unworkable.

There is definitely another meeting going on that day. Whether or not
it will impact our ability to have a meetup is another matter
entirely. There's a small chance it may work to the benefit of the
meetup (in the fact that resources going to keeping the office open
are not being duplicated another week).
