Hi everyone,

Apologies, but we had to reschedule the upcoming Bay Area WikiSalon event to June 6th (from May 30), due to a WMF host scheduling conflict. All other information remains the same.

New date: Tuesday, June 6, 2018
Time: 6 - 8:30 (or 9) PM
*Location: 120 Kearny Street., Suite 1600, San Francisco 94108 (Wikimedia Foundation headquarters)

The focus topic for the Salon will be images on Wikipedia.

We will start with a short intro on how you can contribute images, and good places to find images for your articles. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions. After that, we will have time to edit Wikipedia/Wikimedia together or by ourselves. If you want some help with issues you are facing, this is an excellent opportunity to get some help from other editors! Otherwise, it's also a nice opportunity to meet and mingle with some fellow Wikimedians.

Refreshments, light hor d'oeuvres, and possibly pizza will be served!
