I'm 'hoping' to have everything ready by then though it's possible that I'll have to wait a bit. The one thing that would hold me up is a box or two of product that may have to get delivered via fedex to me to bring up (because the truck with the rest of my stuff from sacramento leaves tomorrow morning and the printing/bagging may not be done until afternoon). Usually fedex is here in the morning and so shouldn't be a problem <knock on wood>.

I don't have a schedule to contend with, but I don't want to fight with traffic (plus you can't hide out infront of the office after 3pm).  If I'm needed to equipment hauling, 1ish (at the office)?  If anyone is there and wants a ride down to SM, I can haul human cargo too.

Hi all,

What time do we want to aim to be at the maker fair grounds for setup
on friday? we should probably all be there at roughly the same time...

I'll be coming to the office 11ish, having lunch with some
non-wikimedian friends, and then loading up after that. So, whenever
works!
