Yeah I think we're at the same place (I got the name from Stephen), I'm going to try and get my hands on at least some of the 'how to edit wikipedia' books from the education group and maybe some of the reliable source booklets they use incase there are educators who are interested? I'm not sure if we'll have enough to have them just out for everyone or if we'll have to ration a bit for people who talk to us but I'm aiming for a whole box if I can.

Do we have things about the local group? I'm happy to print stuff at the office if it's better. Water is big, I'm bringing some waterbottles but that doesn't actually help much were you thinking of just a couple big containers of water from wallgreens or something?

Hey James --

Yes, I'll have the back of my car and the backseat free for
people/boxes (though I don't have the biggest car, as you know...!) I
will also be staying in San M. Friday/Sat so we can stash them
whereever we have room.

Also on my shortlist to come up with:
* table skirting -- if we have more tables we need more table coverings
* water
* something to hand out about the local group
* something else to give people -- brochures about
wikimedia/wikipedia? Any thoughts on this?

Let me know if there's any missing electronics -- I can always take my
tv etc but it would be easier not to, and just take stuff from the
office.

Also I'm going to try to come early -- so if we must we can make a
couple of runs.

I like the "I love Wikipedia because...." idea!
