Eswiki has added Wikidata results to the bottom of every search page. For example:
    https://es.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Especial%3ABuscar&profile=default&search=mortar+and+pestle&fulltext=Search
   
Looks like they have those automatically generated descriptions S was talking about in a recent meeting. Nice, but still rough around the edges.
