To my knowledge, Timerkhan is getting ready for the trip.

On Feb.25 he informed me that local funding for his trip is available and he proceeds with visa and travel arrangements. Previously I forwarded our email exchanges with you and Edurne's invitation to stakeholders in local government agencies with respective recommendations on my part as Wikimedia Russia member.
