Здравствуйте, коллеги!

Пришло письмо о том, что заканчивается рассмотрение заявок и тем Chapter'ам, которые участвуют в выдаче стипендий, нужно сообщить требования к людям, которым мы даём стипендии.

Если в течение 4-х часов не будет возражений и не будет предложений подождать ещё откликов, то я пошлю такие параметры:
- гражданам России (everyone whose citizenship is Russian Federation).

Hello chapters,

The Wikimania 2013 scholarship committee is getting near the end of reviewing applications. If your chapter is offering scholarships, please tell us the criteria for applicants from the main scholarship application pool which you want to receive.

eg:
"everyone whose citizenship is German"
"everyone whose residence is in the UK"
"everyone whose citizenship OR residence is in Austria"
"everyone who lives in Europe"

We don't have a mechanism for telling who belongs to which chapter, so if you want to give scholarships to members of your chapter including those living in neighbouring countries, you may want to request all your neighbouring countries or all Europe.
