Любопытная инициатива. Получил следующее письмо в рассылке переводчиков интерфейса:

Dear translators,

The Wikimedia Foundation is beginning a new initiative called Community Capacity Development (CCD)[1]. In it, we have conducted some research about community capacities, and documented what we've learned in these pages we are now inviting you to consider translating.

We hope these pages can serve as a basis for very concrete conversation between WMF and specific communities about possible projects to build specific capacities in interested communities. The work is to be based on interest and mutual agreement, not on top-down dictates from WMF. That's why it's important these documents -- this page[1] and the six sub-pages mentioned in the navigation bar at its top -- reach the different communities in their own language. It's quite a bit of text, so of course you should take your time, if you do choose to translate it.
