Greetings Program Leaders!
Just a few updates on our activities from the PE&D team:
- New Presentations: We hosted several workshops on throughout the Wikimedia Conference 2014 in Berlin. We have gathered the notes and resources from the sessions (see links below) for those of you who were unable to attend. [1]
- New Module Posted: Designing Effective Questions, be sure to check it out as it provides many important concepts around writing surveys as well as practical examples for writing good questions. [2]
- New Position: Congratulations Edward Galvez! After diving deep in his 6-month internship, Edward will join the Learning & Evaluation team officially as Program Evaluation Associate. In this position, Edward will continue to support the team with reporting and analysis of programs as well as with the development of evaluation learning resources and efforts. We are excited to have him onboard!
- New blog: We’ve published a blog about the completion of the Evaluation Report (beta) series. [3]
As always, stay up-to-date by watching the news page [4] on our portal or reach out to us at eval@wikimedia.org
Best regards,
Jaime
