  • We found a motel next to it which charge 975 per night (including breakfast and wifi). That would leave each participant receiving a scholarship of around 1,000 SEK (95 euro) for travel.

In our application we wrote that the event would take place 17-19 August. However, I was told at the Wikimedia Conference that this might create problems for some to participate. For WMSE's staff September would actually work much better. Would the general consensus be to move the event to a weekend in September instead? Wikimedia Foundation is okay with such a change.
