Because of current situations in Myanmar (Burma), we have encountered problems in accessing Wikipedia. Without using a VPN we can't even access Wikipedia and related project websites starting from 18 FEB 2021. So, I have to use a VPN to edit on Wikipedia and other related projects. Therefore I need an IP block exemption. Thank you.
