Hello,

https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wiki_Project_Med/Board/Election_2019

(The voting process will open March 11th.)= tmw

Q: Are there any arrangements? Where to vote? Invite members?

(Hope in the next election I can help to make the election process more suitable, with further technical ways)

Best,

Alaa

IiKkEe, just to clarify, we are assuming all board members are first members of the organization.

To be members there are a few conditions, which you can find here.

Best,

Shani.

Dear IiKkEe,

WPMedF  = WikiProject Medicine Foundation, the name of our User Group, which is also a registered charity in the US.

The expectations from board members are to attend a 2-hour monthly meeting throughout the year, and in general, work towards fulfilling our annual goals. Each of us on the board is involved in different projects, but as a board, we are also responsible for some other administrative aspects, such as creating an annual plan, writing an annual report, participating in movement conferences, etc, etc.

Hope this helps.

Best,

Shani.
